One on One Kickboxing & Fitness Training

Faster Results

 One-on-one training allows you to work at your own pace, without worrying about keeping up with a group. This means that you can push yourself harder, achieve faster results, and see progress more quickly. With personalized feedback and encouragement from your trainer, you can reach your fitness goals faster than ever before. 

Injury Prevention

 Working with a personal trainer means that you have an expert on hand to ensure that you are using proper form and technique. This reduces the risk of injury and ensures that you get the most out of each exercise. Your trainer will also be able to modify exercises to accommodate any injuries or limitations you may have, making your workouts safe and effective. 

Pricing

Per Session

All prices in $CAD, taxes not applied.

Rate

$70/session

Pay per session, sessions to be scheduled by appointment.


Per 10+ Sessions

All prices in $CAD, taxes not applied.

Rate

$60/session

Lump sum payment to be payed upon first session. Total calculated based on sessions requested.

The minimum is two training sessions per week!



Per 20+ Sessions

All prices in $CAD, taxes not applied.

Rate

$50/session

Lump sum payment to be payed upon first session. Total calculated based on sessions requested.

The minimum is two training sessions per week!
